We are experienced real estate investors who source and structure projects that will provide excellent returns for ourselves and other members of the joint venture. We work in Toronto and surrounding areas.
Projects may be a buy-and-hold approach for on-going cashflow and capital appreciation, or may be of a fixed duration with the intention of creating value over the short-term through such tactics as renovating or redevelopment.
We maintain contact with a group of potential partners who are interested in working with us. As potential projects are ready, we present a project overview along with forecast financials and timeline. Potential JV members can decide if they want to participate on a case by case basis.
Participation can be in the form of secured investment such as a mortgage, or unsecured investment such as an equity position with profit sharing. In all cases, returns are proportionate to risk exposure.
